COVID-19 Procedures

Upon arrival please sanitize your hands.  Please social distance while in the waiting area.  You will be required to answer pre-screening questions before your services may continue.  If there are any concerns with your answers to the questions, we reserve the right to not proceed with your treatment.  If you would like to wear a mask and/or eye protection during your services and do not have your own, we can provide them for you.  At this time it is a recommendation for you to wear a face mask, however not mandatory.  Our therapists and estheticians will wear face masks and aprons during your treatments, as well there are extra sanitizing measures that have been added to our already high standard of cleanliness.

Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved especially for you. If you must cancel your appointment, we would appreciate a 24 hour notice. If you cancel less than 6 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% on your next visit. If you cancel less than 1 hour before your appointment you will be charged in full on your next visit. Booking an appointment at Anew U Spa indicates that you acknowledge these terms and agree to comply with our cancellation policy.

Arriving Early

Our goal is to ensure you fully enjoy your time with us. Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to start your treatment relaxed and on time.

Arriving Late

Sometimes circumstances prevent you from arriving on time. Please phone Anew U Spa if you are going to be late, we will try to accommodate your full service if possible. If rescheduling is not possible, then your treatment time will start and end as scheduled so that the next guest can enjoy their treatment. (Full charges will apply.)

Comfort

Your time should be enjoyed at Anew U Spa. Please be sure to let us know if there is anything we can do to enhance your experience. Whether it is room temperature, amount of massage pressure, or volume of the music, please communicate your individual needs.

Quiet Request

If you would like to enjoy your treatment(s) in silence please let our therapist or esthetician know that you would like a quiet experience today.

Gratuities

Are not included but graciously accepted.

Pregnant Guests

Please consult with your physician before visiting the spa. When booking your appointment, please let our associates know that you are expecting and how far along you are so that we can properly prepare for your treatment(s).

Walk In Appointments

Walk in clients for massage and esthetics always welcome, however we are not always able to accommodate. (Please Note: Tanning clients do not require an appointment)
